Cybernet OS Waitlist Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Cybernet OS waitlist, operated by UHN Capital LLC.

What we collect: your email; your phone number if you add it; your answers to the optional business questions; which updates you chose; and, for each choice, the time, your IP address and the wording you agreed to, as a record of your consent.

How we use it: only to send you the Cybernet OS updates you chose, to plan the launch, to keep a record of your consent and opt-outs, and to keep the waitlist secure.

If you joined through someone's referral link, we record which link and when, so we can credit the person who shared it. We show them only how many people joined through their link, never who.

Sharing: we do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that send our emails and texts or host the waitlist, and only for that purpose. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Your choices: unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email; reply STOP to any text; write to offer@uhncapital.com to see or delete your details. We keep opt-out records so we do not contact you again.

Retention: we keep waitlist details until launch and for as long as you stay subscribed, and consent and opt-out records for at least 4 years.

Changes: we will post any change on this page with a new date.
